How Our EAP Works
Initial Consultation
At Aspire, we understand that the mental well-being of your employees is paramount to the success of your organisation. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential and compassionate support to your staff, addressing their mental health needs both in and outside of the workplace, promoting overall mental wellness.
Counselling Sessions
Employees will then attend regular counselling sessions, either in person, via teletherapy, or online, depending on their preference and availability. These sessions provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, learn coping strategies, and work towards their mental health goals.
Quality Assurance
Aspire’s counsellors have professional body registration with either the Australian Counselling Association or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. This ensures ongoing professional development and quality supervision. We also collect feedback regularly from EAP participants to, ensure the service is meeting their.
